Final public-facing website copy for paid website enrollment model
A1. Affiliate Program Disclosure
Public program disclosure | Version JC-AFFDISC-2026-08-19-v2.3 | Effective Date: August 19, 2026
ONE-TIME ACCOUNT SETUP
Submitting an application is not charged. After acceptance and confirmation that paid enrollment is open for the applicant's legal residence and current physical location, a one-time $168.00 Account Setup Fee is required before activation. It pays only for initial account provisioning, assignment of an Affiliate tracking identifier and link, and then-current back-office access. Payment is an activation condition but does not qualify anyone for compensation. It does not purchase or promise training, support, leads, customers, provider access, income, profit, commissions, overrides, savings, or results. No Affiliate is paid from the fee. After JC completes initial setup and makes credentials or back-office access available, the fee is earned and nonrefundable except when required by law, for a duplicate or documented unauthorized charge, or when JC materially fails to provide the purchased account setup. A controlling state addendum or nonwaivable law controls over inconsistent general terms.
What a Level 1 Referral Affiliate may do
Share a unique JC-issued tracking link using JC-approved captions and materials.
Direct an interested person to the JC Global or approved provider webpage to review information and complete the process independently.
Use the required paid-referral disclosure immediately next to every commissionable link.
Refer product questions to JC Global, the provider, or an authorized Level 2 person.
What a Level 1 Referral Affiliate may not do
Explain, recommend, compare, quote, negotiate, enroll, advise, submit, close, or service a product or service.
Represent that the Affiliate is employed by JC Global, a provider, carrier, lender, installer, utility, insurer, or other third party.
Collect or store a customer's Social Security number, tax ID, bank information, credit information, government ID, medical information, account PIN, provider credentials, or other sensitive information.
Create or change product claims, prices, savings claims, approval claims, earnings claims, or provider materials.
Call, text, email, scrape, bulk-message, or automate outreach without the consent, documentation, and JC approval required by law and policy.
Optional Level 2 Authorized Service Affiliate
Level 2 is optional and is not purchased by the Account Setup Fee. JC may require separate compliance materials, training, knowledge checks, provider approval, licensing, registration, appointment, certification, background review, or other requirements. JC does not promise to offer training, authorization, access, or approval. Any JC training certificate is only an internal completion record. It is not a government license, provider appointment, professional credential, competence claim, authorization, or compensation promise.
Compensation overview
Compensation is available only for eligible, validated External Retail Customer transactions identified as commissionable in the Master Compensation System and complete current Registry product and State and Service Eligibility entries displayed before the referral.
No one is paid for recruiting, sponsoring, enrolling, setting up, or training another Affiliate, and no one is paid from the $168 Account Setup Fee.
An Affiliate may earn personal referral compensation without recruiting anyone.
Some services pay personal compensation only; some may pay Qualified Upline team overrides; some pay no Affiliate compensation.
Five generations are JC Global's maximum internal team-override structure. Providers do not pay or administer overrides. A service is team-eligible only when its current Registry product entry says so and lists the eligible generations and rates. A service may pay fewer generations or none. Each recipient must be a Qualified Upline, and only External Retail Customer transactions qualify.
Rates, formulas, eligible roles, provider availability, earned events, timing estimates, bonuses, and team eligibility may change prospectively before a referral because carrier, provider, legal, margin, and operational requirements change. No future or continued rate, payout date, bonus, residual, or override is promised.
NO EARNINGS PROMISE
JC Global does not currently have sufficient reliable operating history to state typical Affiliate earnings, net earnings, or expenses. Some Affiliates may earn nothing. Do not rely on a commission table, example, lifestyle image, testimonial, rank name, sponsor statement, or social media post as a promise of what you will earn.
Providers and availability
JC Global may publicly feature selected providers and may make additional provider opportunities available to approved Affiliates through an authenticated portal. The public provider list is not a complete provider list. Provider access, products, prices, territories, approval, eligibility, customer agreements, installation, fulfillment, and compensation vary and may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Providers are independent third parties and control their own eligibility, underwriting, fulfillment, pricing, installation, privacy practices, customer agreements, service decisions, and customer assistance.
U.S. state and service eligibility
JC may accept eligible Affiliate applications from residents of the fifty United States only (excluding the District of Columbia and all U.S. territories) in states marked Open for Paid Enrollment in the current State and Service Eligibility Registry. Acceptance does not mean that every service, role, personal commission, team override, generation, provider, or promotion is available in every state. Eligibility depends on the Affiliate's legal residence, the state where the Affiliate physically performs activity, and the customer's service state, together with applicable law and provider agreement. If the current Registry does not mark the state and service Active, the Affiliate may not promote or submit that activity and the link must remain disabled. This U.S. package does not authorize activity in the District of Columbia, any U.S. territory, or outside the fifty United States.

A2. Master Compensation and Earnings Disclosure
Universal compensation rules | Version JC-MASTER-2026-08-19-v2.3 | Effective Date: August 19, 2026
THE MASTER RULE
JC Global pays compensation only for eligible, validated External Retail Customer activity under this Master Compensation System and the complete current Registry entries controlling the referral. No one is paid because another person applies, enrolls, joins a team, completes training, pays the $168 Account Setup Fee, makes a personal or household purchase, or buys an optional product or service.
1. Purpose and scope
These universal rules apply to every carrier, provider, product, service, campaign, bonus, or program made available through JC, whether or not it appears in a printed table and whether the Affiliate role is referral-only or requires a license, registration, appointment, certification, training, or other written authorization. Provider gross payouts, wholesale terms, JC margins, internal approvals, and confidential provider schedules may remain confidential. The Affiliate-facing transaction terms needed to understand the Affiliate's role and compensation must be disclosed before referral through the current Registry entry.
The Master Compensation and Earnings Disclosure, the Master Affiliate Compensation Schedule, and the authenticated dated product and State and Service Eligibility entries displayed in the back office form one Master Compensation Registry. An entry is an operating record under the single Master Compensation System, not a separate compensation agreement.
2. What each live Registry entry must show
Provider/service and version.
Permitted Affiliate role and required authorization.
Eligible Affiliate residence states, physical activity states, and customer/service states.
Exact Affiliate amount or objective formula with a defined calculation base.
External Retail Customer rule and self/household treatment.
Qualifying event, validation period, estimated payment cycle, holds, exclusions, reversals, and chargebacks.
Team status, exact eligible generations and rates, or a clear statement that no team override applies.
Provider-authorization record, effective date, expiration date, and version.
3. No earnings guarantee
Participation does not guarantee income, profit, customers, sales, appointment, residuals, overrides, recovery of expenses, or return of the Account Setup Fee. JC does not currently have enough reliable operating history to state typical Affiliate gross earnings, net earnings, or expenses. An Affiliate may earn $0 and may never recover the $168 Account Setup Fee or any other expense.
Publishing a per-transaction commission amount or formula does not represent how many transactions an Affiliate will obtain, complete, or be paid for. Do not annualize, multiply, or present commission amounts as expected income.
4. Compensation categories
Level 1 personal referral commission: compensation for a qualified customer transaction attributed through an approved link.
Level 2 authorized service commission: product-specific compensation for approved work performed within the person's written authority.
Residual commission: recurring compensation only when the current Registry product entry expressly designates it and all customer, provider, and payment conditions continue.
Team override: a percentage of the originating Affiliate's Eligible Personal Commission from an External Retail Customer transaction, payable only to a Qualified Upline and only when the current Registry product entry permits and identifies the eligible generations.
Promotion or bonus: a temporary optional program that exists only under a current effective-dated Registry entry stating its dates, conditions, earned event, and funding source. JC may change or end it prospectively before the qualifying event; no future, repeated, or continued bonus is promised.
5. Current five-generation team structure
Eligible generation
Percentage of originating Affiliate's Eligible Personal Commission
Generation 1 - Direct qualified upline
20%
Generation 2
10%
Generation 3
5%
Generation 4
2%
Generation 5
1%
Maximum listed team allocation: 38% of the originating Affiliate's Eligible Personal Commission. This does not mean every transaction pays 38% or five generations. A service may pay fewer generations or no team override. An unqualified, ineligible, or missing generation receives no override; no compression or reassignment applies.
Team eligibility is state- and transaction-specific. A listed generation receives an override only if the recipient satisfies all applicable state-law functional, activity, licensing, authorization, and Qualified Upline requirements for that transaction. If any requirement is not satisfied, that generation receives no override and no compression or reassignment applies.
6. Defined override base
Eligible Personal Commission means the originating Affiliate's personal commission actually earned under the applicable saved Registry product entry after stated exclusions, corrections, provider validation, reconciliation, and any applicable chargeback hold.
A team override is not calculated from the customer's bill, total sale, loan amount, financed amount, solar contract value, provider gross payout, JC revenue, optional fee, tax, promotion, or unearned pending balance.
7. Product-specific variation
Some services pay a flat amount; others use a disclosed objective formula, commissionable amount, or transaction tier.
Solar and Business Financing may use variable formulas because project size, funding, provider program, upgrades, add-ons, state, market, customer class, and requirements may differ by transaction.
Variable formulas must be disclosed in the current Registry entry before the referral. A live service may not display TBD, custom after review, discretionary, or to be determined as the Affiliate compensation basis.
Additional providers may be visible only after Affiliate approval. Access does not guarantee authority or compensation.
8. Earned event, timing and reversals
The controlling Registry product entry states the earned event and an estimated cycle. No fixed payout date is promised. JC pays only after the amount is earned, JC receives and clears the applicable provider funds or receives a definitive payable record, reconciliation is complete, required tax and identity records are current, and any disclosed hold, reserve, minimum, compliance review, or lawful offset is satisfied. Provider reporting or payment delays may delay Affiliate payment.
Cancellation, nonpayment, return, early disconnection, duplication, provider correction, fraud, ineligibility, unlawful conduct, unauthorized activity, or provider chargeback may reduce, reverse, delay, or offset compensation. JC will provide an available transaction reason and reasonable dispute route.
9. Schedule changes
JC may prospectively change providers, products, personal rates, formulas, tier thresholds, eligible roles, authorization requirements, earned events, estimated cycles, holds, promotions, bonuses, team eligibility, generations, and override percentages by publishing an effective-dated Registry product entry before the referral or qualifying event. The product entry accepted and retained at referral submission ordinarily controls, subject to provider correction, cancellation, rejection, reversal, or program change before the amount is earned and to disclosed chargebacks after payment. No future payout date, bonus, residual, or override is promised.
EARNINGS CLAIM RULE
Affiliates may share the current per-transaction schedule only through approved materials. They may not multiply amounts, build hypothetical income examples, claim passive or supplemental income, show luxury or bill-paying results, or state what a typical person earns unless JC has reliable written substantiation and approves the exact claim.

A4. Website Terms of Use
Version JC-TERMS-2026-08-19-v2.3 | Effective Date: August 19, 2026
1. Acceptance and incorporated terms
By using https://jcglobal.us, you agree to these Terms of Use to the extent enforceable. Creating an account, submitting an application, accepting Affiliate terms, or completing another transaction that requires acceptance will use a separate affirmative checkbox. Affiliate participation is also governed by the Affiliate Program Disclosure, Independent Affiliate Agreement, Policies and Procedures, Required Account Setup Fee Disclosure, Master Compensation and Earnings Disclosure, Master Affiliate Compensation Schedule, Privacy Notice, Electronic Records and Signatures Consent, provider/product addenda, state addenda, and the current Registry product entry controlling a referral. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the applicable form. For any conflict involving Affiliate application, enrollment, the Account Setup Fee, Affiliate account administration, Affiliate compensation, or Affiliate-program participation, the Independent Affiliate Agreement controls over these Website Terms of Use.
2. Informational platform; no professional advice
JC provides a referral, information, and program-administration platform. Site content is general information and is not legal, tax, financial, investment, credit, insurance, medical, engineering, solar-design, lending, telecom, energy, or other professional advice. Product availability, price, approval, savings, financing, performance, and terms are determined by the applicable provider and may change.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to use the site and provide accurate identity, residence, and activity-location information. You are responsible for account credentials and activity. Notify JC promptly of suspected unauthorized use. JC may require verification, limit access, geoblock, correct attribution, or suspend activity to protect users, providers, or the program and to enforce state, service, provider, and legal restrictions.
4. Acceptable use
Do not violate law, provider rules, another person's rights, or these terms. Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, bypass security, introduce malicious code, overload systems, or use bots without written permission. Do not submit false, misleading, duplicate, unauthorized, or fraudulent referrals or information. Do not impersonate JC, a provider, a customer, or an Affiliate. Do not upload sensitive information to an ordinary form, channel, or field not designated for it.
5. Provider sites and third-party services
Links may lead to independent provider sites with separate terms, privacy practices, eligibility, fulfillment, payment, cancellation, and dispute processes. A link is not a guarantee, endorsement of every claim, statewide or nationwide authorization, or promise that a service will be available. Service and compensation eligibility may depend on the Affiliate's legal residence, physical activity location, and customer's service location. JC is not responsible for third-party systems or decisions except to the extent required by law or an express written JC obligation.
6. Intellectual property and feedback
The site, JC content, compilation, software, designs, and JC marks are owned by or licensed to JC Global NhuYLife LLC. A limited, revocable, nontransferable license permits personal use of the site. No other license is granted. If you submit feedback, you grant JC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use it without identifying you, subject to the Privacy Notice. This feedback license does not expand JC's rights to use personal information beyond the Privacy Notice.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available." JC disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. JC does not warrant uninterrupted access, provider performance, approval, savings, results, income, or error-free content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity. JC's aggregate site-related liability will not exceed the greater of $500 or the amount paid to JC for the site service at issue during the preceding 12 months. This limit does not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify JC from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from unlawful site use, fraud, infringement, privacy or security breach, unauthorized claims, or material breach. JC controls the defense and will not settle a nonmonetary obligation on you without consent, not unreasonably withheld.
10. Suspension, changes and general terms
JC may suspend access for security, law, provider direction, suspected fraud, or breach and may update these terms prospectively with added acceptance when required. Texas law governs, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. An unenforceable provision is narrowed or severed. These terms and incorporated documents are the entire site-use agreement for the applicable site activity.
