B1. Required Account Setup Fee Disclosure
ONE-TIME REQUIRED FEE
After JC accepts an Affiliate application, a one-time $168.00 Account Setup Fee is required before account activation. JC does not charge for submitting the application. No annual or recurring Affiliate fee applies under this version.
1. What the fee covers
The fee pays only for the initial administrative and technical work to create the accepted Affiliate account, assign an Affiliate tracking identifier and link, and make access to the then-current JC back office available.
2. What the fee does not cover
The fee does not purchase or promise training, coaching, support, leads, customers, provider appointments, provider services, a particular provider or feature, uninterrupted access, sales, commissions, income, profit, rank, residuals, overrides, savings, or any result. JC may choose to make optional resources, communications, or assistance available, but none is included in the fee unless the payment screen expressly identifies it.
3. No compensation from the fee
No Affiliate, sponsor, upline, employee, or other participant receives a commission, override, rank credit, volume credit, customer credit, or team credit from the Account Setup Fee. The fee is never included in any compensation calculation. Payment is a required administrative condition of account activation, but payment alone does not satisfy any customer-activity, Qualified Upline, service, jurisdiction, authorization, or earned-event condition. Affiliate compensation, if any, depends only on eligible, validated External Retail Customer transactions under the Master Compensation System and the authenticated product entry controlling the referral.
4. Access limitations
Back-office access is personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable. It is provided on an as-is and as-available basis while the account remains active and is subject to the Agreement, provider requirements, system changes, maintenance, suspension, and termination. JC does not promise a service level, response time, storage period, provider count, feature set, compatibility, or continuous availability.
5. Nonrefundable fee and limited exceptions
After JC Global completes the initial account setup and makes account credentials or back-office access available, the $168 Account Setup Fee is earned and nonrefundable. Nonuse, voluntary cancellation, inactivity, lack of customers, lack of commissions, provider changes, or failure to earn income does not create a refund right. Exceptions apply only when required by applicable law, for a duplicate or documented unauthorized charge, or when JC Global materially fails to provide the purchased account setup.
6. Payment and receipt
The accepted applicant must review this disclosure, separately authorize the exact $168.00 one-time charge, and pay JC only through the approved online checkout from a location independently chosen by the applicant. Do not pay a sponsor or another Affiliate, and do not permit an Affiliate to enter or handle payment credentials. JC will provide an electronic payment receipt. A disputed or reversed fee payment may prevent activation or suspend access while the payment status is resolved, subject to applicable law.
7. State eligibility, disclosures and payment location
Paid enrollment is offered only in a jurisdiction that JC has marked Open for Paid Enrollment in the current State and Service Eligibility Registry after completing any applicable review, registration, filing, disclosure, waiting period, translation, cancellation, bonding, or other requirement. Any state-specific addendum or nonwaivable right presented before payment controls over an inconsistent term. The absence of an addendum is not a representation that no state requirement applies. JC does not authorize collection of the $168 fee at a booth, convention, store, restaurant, hotel, home, workplace, recruiting meeting, or other temporary or in-person sales location.
REQUIRED ACKNOWLEDGMENT
[ ] I reviewed this Required Account Setup Fee Disclosure. I understand that the $168.00 fee is required for activation, what it does and does not purchase, that payment alone does not qualify anyone for compensation, that no Affiliate is paid from it, and that compensation is not guaranteed. I will pay only through JC's approved online checkout. After JC completes setup and makes account credentials or back-office access available, the fee is earned and nonrefundable, subject to applicable law, any controlling state addendum, and the limited exceptions stated above.
B2. Independent Affiliate Agreement
This Independent Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is between JC Global NhuYLife LLC, operating under the JC Global brand ("JC," "we," "us"), and the individual or approved business entity accepting it ("Affiliate," "you").
1. Integrated agreement and order of control
This Agreement, including Section 16 (U.S. 50-State Eligibility Addendum), Affiliate Program Disclosure, Required Account Setup Fee Disclosure, Affiliate Policies and Procedures, Master Compensation and Earnings Disclosure, Master Affiliate Compensation Schedule, authenticated product entries in the JC back office, Electronic Records and Signatures Consent, Account Setup Payment Confirmation, approved marketing rules, Website Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and provider/product or state addenda delivered to you forms the agreement set. The Master Affiliate Compensation Schedule together with authenticated dated product entries and State and Service Eligibility records is the single Master Compensation Registry (the "Registry"). Provider contracts, JC gross margins, provider gross payouts, wholesale terms, and confidential internal schedules are not incorporated into this Agreement. You receive the Affiliate-facing terms needed to understand your role and compensation. For any conflict involving Affiliate application, enrollment, the Account Setup Fee, Affiliate account administration, Affiliate compensation, or Affiliate-program participation, this Agreement controls over the Website Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility, truthful application and acceptance
You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, authorized to work or conduct business where you operate, and able to provide accurate identity, tax, contact, legal residence, and physical activity information when requested. You must keep current your legal residence and each state where you physically conduct JC-related activity. JC may verify identity, sanctions, conflicts, duplicate accounts, provider eligibility, location, and lawful authority. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, placement, provider access, Level 2 approval, or compensation.
3. Required one-time Account Setup Fee and optional offerings
After JC accepts your application and confirms that paid enrollment is open for your reported residence and physical location, you must pay a one-time Account Setup Fee of $168.00 before JC activates the Affiliate account. The fee covers only initial account provisioning, assignment of a tracking identifier and link, and then-current back-office access. No Affiliate receives compensation, volume, rank credit, customer credit, team credit, or any other benefit from the Account Setup Fee. The fee is never included in a personal commission or team override calculation. After activation, JC requires no subscription, personal customer order, monthly purchase, or paid training for Level 1 personal commission or team eligibility under this version, but product-specific lawful authorization may be required.
4. Independent contractor; no authority
You are an independent contractor and independent business owner, not an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, legal partner, or provider representative. Subject to legal, provider, brand, privacy, and security restrictions, you control whether, when, where, and how you conduct authorized activity. JC does not require fixed hours, a schedule, a workplace, exclusivity, a minimum number of referrals, or continuous activity. The legal classification of the relationship is determined by applicable law and actual practice, not this label alone. You may not bind JC or a provider, change terms, accept customer funds, promise approval, or represent that you are employed or appointed unless written authorization expressly says so.
5. Level 1 Referral Affiliate role
Level 1 authority is limited to sharing a JC-issued tracked link and approved accompanying content. The customer must independently open the link and complete and submit any form on the JC or provider website. You must not explain, recommend, compare, quote, advise, negotiate, apply, enroll, submit, close, or service a product; complete a form for the customer; collect credentials, documents, or sensitive data; or obtain consent for the customer. You must display the approved paid-referral disclosure clearly and close to each commissionable link.
6. Optional Level 2 role
Level 2 requires a separate application and any compliance materials, knowledge checks, training, provider, state, licensing, appointment, certification, registration, or background requirements JC or the provider then requires. JC does not promise to offer training or Level 2 authority. Approval is product-, provider-, state-, and role-specific and may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn. Internal training completion does not replace a government license or provider appointment and creates no promise of authorization or compensation. Level 2 may have a different personal amount only for authorized customer-related work when the current Registry product entry identifies that role and amount, not because the person recruited Affiliates.
7. Sponsor, position and team relationship
The verified sponsor shown before enrollment becomes the sponsor of record. Correct an error within seven days. Later changes require documented fraud, harassment, conflict, technical error, or another compliance reason approved by JC. One individual or approved business entity may control one Affiliate position. Duplicate identities, nominee owners, fabricated tax IDs, household manipulation, position stacking, and artificial placement are prohibited. No Affiliate owns another Affiliate, customer, territory, or downline.
8. Customer-centered compensation
Compensation exists only for a service expressly designated commissionable in a complete authenticated dated Registry product entry displayed before referral, only for an eligible External Retail Customer transaction, and only after every stated customer, Affiliate, provider, state, legal, authorization, validation, funding, payment, and reconciliation condition is met. Application, acceptance, the $168 Account Setup Fee, account activation, sponsorship, recruiting, team size, training completion, personal purchases, and optional tools do not themselves produce compensation. An Affiliate may earn personal compensation without recruiting. Team compensation, when offered, is based only on an eligible, validated External Retail Customer transaction attributed to an originating Affiliate and never on an application, enrollment, Account Setup Fee, team size, or customer total sale.
9. Definitions
External Retail Customer means a bona fide end customer who is not a JC Affiliate or applicant, is not a member of the referring or originating Affiliate's household, and is not an entity owned or controlled by that Affiliate or a household member. A self-referral, applicant transaction, Affiliate transaction, household transaction, fabricated customer, duplicate transaction, or transaction structured to evade this rule is noncommissionable and never team-eligible. Qualified Upline means an active Affiliate in good standing who is authorized for the applicable service, role, state, and transaction; has completed current required compliance acknowledgments; and has personally generated at least one validated External Retail Customer transaction during the preceding twelve months. Paying the Account Setup Fee, making a personal or household purchase, applying, enrolling, sponsoring, recruiting, building a team, occupying a position, or having team size does not qualify an upline. Team eligibility is state- and transaction-specific. A listed generation receives an override only if the recipient satisfies all applicable state-law functional, activity, licensing, authorization, and Qualified Upline requirements for that transaction. If any requirement is not satisfied, that generation receives no override and no compression or reassignment applies.
10. When compensation is earned
Unless the controlling Registry product entry states stricter conditions, compensation is not earned until the transaction is verified as an External Retail Customer transaction; accurate attribution and customer authorization are confirmed; all Affiliate-role, provider, state, legal, licensing, appointment, registration, or certification requirements are satisfied; the provider accepts and validates the customer; the required activation, installation, funding, delivery, retention, or other earned event occurs; JC actually receives and clears applicable provider funds or receives a definitive payable record; reconciliation is complete; and no cancellation, duplication, fraud, compliance hold, reversal, chargeback, or exclusion applies. Dashboard entries, projections, and pending balances are estimates, not earned wages or vested property.
11. Compensation changes and transaction version
Carrier and provider programs change. JC may prospectively add, remove, or change providers, products, states, personal rates, formulas, tier thresholds, eligible roles, licensing or appointment requirements, earned events, estimated cycles, holds, reserves, minimums, promotions, bonuses, team eligibility, generations, and override percentages by publishing a new effective-dated Registry product entry before the applicable referral or qualifying event. No future or continued rate, payout date, bonus, residual, or override is promised. No active offer may display TBD. If a product entry is missing, incomplete, or expired, the link must be disabled and the offer is noncommissionable.
12. Reversals, offsets and overpayments
Cancellation, return, nonpayment, early disconnection, duplicate account, provider correction, fraud, ineligibility, unauthorized activity, compliance violation, or provider chargeback may delay, reduce, reverse, or offset compensation. JC will provide a transaction reason and reasonable dispute path. You authorize JC to recover documented overpayments from future amounts to the extent permitted by law. JC will not impose undisclosed penalties.
13. No earnings, appointment or provider guarantee
JC makes no guarantee of income, profit, savings, customers, sales volume, provider appointment, license, rank, residuals, overrides, recovery of expenses, or program duration. Actual results depend on customer demand, lawful effort, provider decisions, market conditions, expenses, cancellations, and compliance. You may earn $0, may incur additional voluntary or legally required business expenses, and may never recover the $168 Account Setup Fee.
14. Providers and customer contracts
Providers are independent third parties. JC is not the carrier, lender, broker, insurer, utility, installer, credit bureau, healthcare provider, investment adviser, or manufacturer unless expressly identified in writing. The customer's provider agreement controls provider price, eligibility, underwriting, approval, installation, service, cancellation, privacy, and dispute terms. Provider availability, programs, and compensation may change or end.
15. Regulated products and state restrictions
You may not solicit, recommend, quote, negotiate, advise, submit, close, or service a regulated product unless you personally hold every required license, appointment, registration, certification, and written authorization for the product and jurisdiction. Insurance, lending, credit, debt relief, investments, health, energy, solar, real estate, mortgage-related services, and other regulated categories may impose special limits. No Registry entry authorizes compensation prohibited by law or provider contract. A personal commission, residual, or team override on a regulated transaction is payable only to a recipient who satisfies every license, registration, appointment, authorization, activity, and other eligibility requirement applicable to that recipient, transaction, and jurisdiction.
16. U.S. 50-State Eligibility Addendum
JC may accept eligible applications from residents of the fifty United States only (excluding the District of Columbia and all U.S. territories) in states marked Open for Paid Enrollment in the current Registry. Acceptance or account activation does not mean that every service, role, personal commission, team override, generation, provider, or promotion is available in every state. Each is available only where the current Registry marks the Affiliate's residence state, physical activity state, and customer/service state eligible and where applicable law and provider agreement permit it. This Agreement does not authorize activity performed in the District of Columbia, any U.S. territory, or outside the fifty United States.
17. Marketing, endorsements and communications
Use only current JC/provider-approved links, scripts, captions, claims, prices, logos, and materials. Do not imply employment, provider endorsement, exclusivity, guaranteed savings, guaranteed approval, guaranteed results, or official spokesperson status. Clearly disclose the paid relationship next to every commissionable link. Comply with email, telemarketing, text-message, do-not-call, endorsement, and platform rules. No robocalls, robotexts, purchased lists, scraping, bulk harvesting, or automated outreach without documented authorization and JC approval. Do not represent that JC provides or guarantees leads, customers, customer accounts, outlets, locations, placements, or business opportunities beyond the services expressly described in current approved materials.
18. Privacy and data security
Collect only approved data through JC or provider systems and only for an authorized transaction. Level 1 Affiliates must never collect or store customer Social Security numbers, tax IDs, bank data, credit information, government IDs, medical information, account PINs, provider credentials, or other sensitive information. Protect credentials, use multifactor authentication when offered, report suspected unauthorized access promptly, and follow the Privacy Notice and security instructions.
19. Taxes, expenses and payment setup
You are responsible for any voluntary advertising, internet, phone, equipment, travel, professional, insurance, licensing, tax, or other business expenses you choose or are legally required to incur. JC makes no representation that any expense will be recovered. Before JC pays compensation, provide a valid W-9 or other required tax documentation through the approved secure process. JC may issue required tax forms and withhold payment until lawful requirements are satisfied.
20. Records, audit and cooperation
Maintain accurate marketing, consent, customer, and transaction records for the period required by law, provider, or JC policy. Preserve relevant records after a complaint or legal hold. Cooperate truthfully with complaints, audits, and investigations.
21. Inactivity
For purposes of this Section, “Qualified Business Activity” means either (a) responding to an account-verification request from JC, or (b) submitting a bona fide eligible External Retail Customer referral through an approved JC tracking link or channel during the applicable twelve-month period. If you complete no Qualified Business Activity for twelve consecutive months, JC may send inactivity notices and a final thirty-day cure notice before closing the account. Reactivation after closure is not guaranteed.
22. Suspension and termination
You may cancel through the dashboard or written notice. JC may suspend or terminate immediately for material fraud, data or security risk, unlawful activity, serious provider direction, unauthorized regulated conduct, payment manipulation, or material misrepresentation. For other violations, JC ordinarily provides notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Interim measures may include pausing a link, product, account access, or payment reasonably connected to an investigation. A written appeal may be submitted within fifteen days of final notice.
23. Effect of termination
Access and authority end. Stop using JC/provider marks and confidential information; return or delete protected data; and cooperate with any lawful customer transition. Properly earned compensation remains subject to normal validation, taxes, offsets, and chargebacks. Future unearned residuals or overrides end unless a current Registry product entry expressly states otherwise. Customer records remain in the JC/provider systems. No payment is owed merely for ownership of a placement or downline.
24. Intellectual property and confidentiality
JC and licensors own their marks, sites, software, content, optional materials, confidential provider terms, internal economics, and systems. You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for authorized activity while active. Protect nonpublic customer information, provider terms, compensation administration, credentials, processes, and software. Do not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or disclose confidential information except as legally required.
25. Narrow non-circumvention and non-solicitation
During the Agreement and for twelve months after termination, do not use JC confidential information to divert a customer, Affiliate, or provider relationship first introduced through JC, or intentionally bypass JC on a transaction developed through JC. This does not restrict lawful competition, general advertising, preexisting relationships, or legally protected activity. This Section applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and does not restrict activity that applicable law prohibits JC from restricting.
26. Indemnification
To the maximum lawful extent, you will defend and indemnify JC and its owners, officers, and agents from third-party claims, penalties, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful conduct, unauthorized claims, privacy or security breach, infringement, fraud, negligence, or material breach. This does not require indemnification for JC's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or nonwaivable liability.
27. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum lawful extent, the platform, back office, links, materials, and any optional training or assistance are provided "as is" and "as available." JC disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. JC does not guarantee uptime, support, response time, features, provider performance, access, availability, approval, savings, income, or results. To the maximum lawful extent, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages or lost profits. JC's aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $500 or compensation paid or payable to you during the twelve months before the event. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, privacy or confidentiality breaches, payment obligations, or liability that cannot be limited.
28. Dispute resolution; individual arbitration and opt-out
Before filing, send a detailed written notice to legal@jcglobal.us. The parties will attempt informal resolution for thirty days. Except for an eligible individual small-claims case, a complaint or charge to a government agency, an individual request for public injunctive relief that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, or a request for temporary protection of data, confidentiality, or intellectual property, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association. Each party may bring claims only individually, not in a class, collective, representative, or consolidated action, to the lawful extent. You may opt out of arbitration without affecting participation by emailing legal@jcglobal.us within thirty days after acceptance with your name, Affiliate ID, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
29. Governing law and venue
Texas law governs, excluding conflict rules, except where another law must apply. Matters not subject to arbitration will be brought in state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas, subject to lawful small-claims venue and nonwaivable rights.
30. Electronic records and notices
Your use of electronic records and signatures is governed by the separate Electronic Records and Signatures Consent presented before acceptance. JC will provide downloadable copies and an acceptance receipt. You may update your electronic contact information through the account or support@jcglobal.us and may request paper copies or withdraw consent as described in that consent.
31. Changes and general terms
JC may amend policies prospectively for law, provider, security, operational, or economic changes. Material changes receive reasonable notice and an effective date. Material changes to participation fees, arbitration, or the fundamental compensation basis require affirmative acceptance when law or fairness requires. Compensation is not retroactively reduced except for valid reversals, corrections, fraud, overpayments, or legal requirements. You may not assign or sell your position without written approval. JC may assign to a successor subject to law and notice. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the lawful extent and the remainder remains effective. No oral statement changes this Agreement. Sections 12, 20, and 23 through 29, and any provision that by its nature should survive, survive termination or expiration to the extent enforceable.
Electronic acknowledgments
[ ] I received and can download the Affiliate Program Disclosure, Required Account Setup Fee Disclosure, Agreement, Policies, Master Compensation Disclosure, Master Affiliate Compensation Schedule, Privacy Notice, Website Terms of Use, and Electronic Records Consent before accepting.
[ ] I understand the one-time $168.00 Account Setup Fee is required only after application acceptance and before activation; it covers initial provisioning and then-current back-office access only and is not paid to any Affiliate.
[ ] I understand JC does not promise training, coaching, support, leads, customers, provider access, website uptime, income, results, or any particular back-office feature.
[ ] I understand Level 1 is link-sharing only and I may not explain, recommend, quote, advise, enroll, submit, or close a product.
[ ] I understand compensation requires an eligible, validated External Retail Customer transaction and provider validation/payment; no compensation is paid merely for recruiting, enrollment, team size, self-purchases, household transactions, or the $168 Account Setup Fee.
[ ] I understand rates, providers, eligible roles, states, and team eligibility vary and may change prospectively through an effective-dated Registry entry before a referral.
[ ] I reviewed Section 16 (U.S. 50-State Eligibility Addendum) and understand that Affiliate acceptance does not make every service or compensation item available in every state and does not authorize activity in the District of Columbia, any U.S. territory, or outside the fifty United States.
[ ] I understand there is no income, customer, provider appointment, residual, or override guarantee.
[ ] I agree to the Agreement and Policies.
[ ] I separately agree to the individual arbitration and class-action waiver in Section 28, unless I timely opt out as described there.
How this Agreement is signed
This public Agreement page is read-only and does not require a paper signature line. The applicant signs the Agreement set on the Affiliate Enrollment Disclosures and Consent screen by entering the applicant's full legal name, typing that name as the electronic signature, checking the required electronic-signature declaration, and clicking "Sign and Submit Application." JC records the date and time, accepted versions, checkbox states, sponsor identity, and supporting transaction evidence and sends a durable acceptance receipt.
B3. Affiliate Policies and Procedures
I. General conduct
Act honestly and professionally.
Use only approved, current JC/provider materials.
Do not misrepresent income, product benefits, provider relationship, approval, price, savings, eligibility, or authority.
Comply with all laws, platform rules, provider rules, and JC policies.
II. Marketing and advertising
Use approved links, scripts, captions, disclosures, logos, and claims.
Do not create unapproved prices, savings examples, approval claims, earnings claims, guarantees, testimonials, or screenshots.
Do not use provider names or logos in a way that suggests employment, agency, appointment, endorsement, exclusivity, or direct authorization unless JC provides written approval for that exact use.
Place the paid-referral disclosure immediately next to every commissionable link.
III. Communication rules
Do not call, text, email, direct-message, or automate outreach without legally sufficient consent and JC approval.
Do not use purchased lists, scraped leads, bulk harvesting, robocalls, robotexts, auto-dialers, or misleading sender identity.
Honor opt-outs and do-not-contact requests promptly.
Keep required marketing, consent, and opt-out records.
IV. Data handling
Level 1 Affiliates must not collect, store, photograph, copy, or transmit customer sensitive information.
Use only JC or provider secure forms and approved systems.
Do not ask for passwords, account PINs, bank information, SSNs, tax IDs, credit reports, medical information, government IDs, or provider credentials unless specifically authorized under a Level 2 or provider-approved process.
Report suspected data loss, unauthorized access, or misuse promptly.
V. Regulated services
Do not solicit, recommend, quote, advise, negotiate, submit, close, or service insurance, lending, credit, debt relief, investment, health, energy, solar, real estate, mortgage-related, or other regulated products unless the current Registry entry and written authorization say you may do so and you hold every required license or appointment.
A JC training certificate is not a government license, provider appointment, or authority to act.
Escalate product questions to JC, the provider, or an authorized Level 2 person.
VI. Compensation administration
Before each referral, review the complete current Registry product entry and State and Service Eligibility record.
An active offer may not display TBD. If the entry is missing, incomplete, expired, or disabled, the offer is noncommissionable.
The five-generation override is JC Global's internal structure. Providers do not pay or administer it. A service is team-eligible only when the current Registry entry says so and lists the eligible generations and rates.
An unqualified, ineligible, or missing generation receives no override. No compression applies.
JC may reverse or offset documented provider reversals, customer cancellations, fraud, duplicate accounts, and overpayments and must provide a reasonable transaction reason and dispute route.
VII. Team conduct
Team conduct must focus on lawful External Retail Customer referrals and authorized customer activity.
Recruitment, enrollment, team size, the Account Setup Fee, and Affiliate or household transactions never create compensation.
Do not pressure another person to enroll, pay, buy optional tools, buy training, or spend money to help an upline qualify.
Do not stack positions, manipulate households, use nominee accounts, fabricate customers, split transactions, or move placements without approved compliance reason.
No Affiliate owns a downline or customer.
VIII. Monitoring, discipline and appeal
JC may review approved marketing, links, transactions, consent records, complaints, system logs, and public content for legitimate compliance purposes.
Except for urgent risk, JC provides the allegation and a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Proportionate remedies may include education, warning, correction, link/content removal, restitution, compensation reversal, product restriction, suspension, termination, or provider/regulator referral.
A written appeal may be filed within fifteen days after final notice and must identify the claimed error and supporting evidence.
No retaliation is allowed for a good-faith complaint, legal right, safety report, or lawful regulator contact.
IX. Termination and post-termination
Cancel through the dashboard or written notice. Access and authority end as stated in the confirmation.
Stop using marks and systems; return or delete confidential and personal data; preserve legally required records.
Properly earned amounts remain subject to validation, taxes, offsets, and chargebacks. Future unearned overrides and residuals end unless a current Registry product entry expressly states otherwise.
Customer and transaction records remain in the JC/provider systems. No payment is owed merely for ownership of a placement or downline.
B4. Electronic Records and Signatures Consent
YOUR CHOICE
Read this consent before selecting the electronic-signature checkbox. Consent to electronic records is required for online enrollment, but you may request a paper process by contacting support@jcglobal.us. Optional marketing consent is separate.

3. Hardware and software requirements
To use electronic records, you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, an active email account, and software or browser capability to view, download, save, and print PDF or web-based records. You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information current.

C. Master Affiliate Compensation Schedule
TRANSACTION TERMS - NOT EXPECTED EARNINGS
These are conditional per-transaction contract amounts and formulas, not expected or typical gross or net earnings. The $168 Account Setup Fee and any other expenses reduce net results. An Affiliate may receive $0 and may never recover the fee. Compensation requires an eligible External Retail Customer transaction attributed and validated under the applicable provider, state, and JC rules. No active offer may display TBD. If a service does not have a complete current Registry product entry stating the exact amount or objective formula, the link must remain disabled and the offer is noncommissionable.
1. Scope of this schedule
This is JC Global's single Master Affiliate Compensation Schedule. It includes the printed terms below and every complete authenticated dated product and State and Service Eligibility entry maintained within the same Master Compensation Registry. A read-only copy must be available before Agreement acceptance, and the accepted package and transaction entries must be retained. JC may add providers or products that do not appear in the printed table, including referral-only and regulated products, without creating a separate compensation agreement.

Provider-name and mark condition: Provider names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. JC Global is an independent referral and program-administration company and is not the provider. Providers do not sponsor or administer JC Global’s internal compensation plan. A named provider may remain in an active Affiliate-facing schedule only while JC maintains written authority for the applicable referral activity and any required use of the provider name or mark.
3. Variable-formula services: Solar and Business Financing
Solar and Business Financing do not use a public fixed amount under this version because the eligible commission can depend on the actual closed transaction, project requirements, upgrades, add-ons, state, market, provider program, funding, installation, underwriting, and other transaction-specific conditions. JC may keep provider gross payouts, wholesale terms, JC margins, and internal economics confidential. However, before an Affiliate makes a commissionable referral, the active Registry entry must disclose the Affiliate-facing amount or objective formula, including the defined calculation base and earned event.

Solar / approved solar provider
Personal Commission = the exact percentage or tier shown in the active Registry entry x the Commissionable Project Amount shown or objectively calculated under that same entry. The Commissionable Project Amount is not the customer's total contract price, financed amount, provider gross payout, or JC revenue unless the entry expressly says so.
Formula-ready only. Do not activate or pay until written provider authority, documented state-specific legal review of the permitted referral/sales role (including any salesperson registration, required consumer disclosures or cancellation rights, and referral-only activity restrictions), and a complete current Registry entry are in place before referral.
Only if the active Registry entry says Team Eligible and lists exact generations/rates. Otherwise no team override.
Business Financing / Business Loan
Personal Commission = the exact percentage or tier shown in the active Registry entry x the Commissionable Deal Amount shown or objectively calculated under that same entry. The Commissionable Deal Amount is not automatically the loan amount, funded amount, provider gross payout, or JC revenue unless the entry expressly says so.
Formula-ready only. Do not activate or pay until written provider authority, a complete current Registry entry, and documented state-specific licensed-counsel review of JC’s and the Affiliate’s permitted referral activity and compensation method are in place before referral.
Only if the active Registry entry says Team Eligible and lists exact generations/rates. Otherwise no team override.

5. Current team override percentages
The five-generation override is JC Global's maximum internal team structure; providers do not pay or administer it. A service is team-eligible only when its current Registry product entry says so and lists the eligible generations and rates. The percentages apply only to the originating Affiliate's Eligible Personal Commission from an External Retail Customer transaction and are payable only to a Qualified Upline. A service may pay fewer generations or none.

Generation 2

Generation 3

Generation 4

Generation 5

Maximum listed team allocation is 38%. A transaction may pay fewer generations or no team override. No service is team-eligible merely because this percentage table appears in the schedule. An unqualified, ineligible, or missing generation receives no override; no compression or reassignment applies.
6. Timing, changes and disputes
No fixed payout date is promised. Payment may occur only after the amount is earned, the provider reports the transaction, JC actually receives and clears the applicable provider funds or definitive payable record, reconciliation is complete, and any displayed validation period, reserve, minimum, tax requirement, compliance review, or chargeback hold is satisfied. All dates and dashboard entries are estimates. JC may offset a documented reversal, chargeback, or overpayment against future compensation to the extent permitted by law.
Prospective changes require a new effective-dated Master Schedule version or Registry product entry. JC may change future rates, formulas, thresholds, timing estimates, products, states, eligible roles, authorization requirements, bonuses, and team overrides before a referral or qualifying event. Historical versions and acceptance records are retained.
AFFILIATE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
[ ] I understand these are transaction-level amounts and formulas and not a representation of expected or typical earnings. [ ] I understand I am not paid merely for recruiting, sponsoring, or enrolling another Affiliate. [ ] I understand provider-specific conditions, rates, states, and eligibility can change prospectively. [ ] I understand Solar and Business Financing require a complete current Registry entry with an exact amount, percentage, tier, or objective formula before any referral is commissionable. [ ] I understand that only an External Retail Customer transaction can be commissionable, each team recipient must be a Qualified Upline, and an unqualified or missing generation receives no override without compression.
